Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by WONJO STUDIO ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide custom website design and development services. Deliverables include source code files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or other technologies as agreed). We do not provide domain registration, hosting, or ongoing maintenance unless explicitly agreed upon.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and are per-project.
  • Payment is required before work begins, unless otherwise agreed.
  • For platform orders (Fiverr, Kmong, etc.), the platform's payment terms apply.

4. Revisions

  • Each plan includes a specified number of free revision rounds.
  • A "revision" means changes within the original project scope.
  • Requests beyond the included revisions or outside the original scope may incur additional charges.
  • Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

5. Delivery & Ownership

  • Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
  • Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights to the deliverables transfer to the client.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Refund Policy

  • Before work begins: Full refund available.
  • After work begins: No refund. If we are unable to deliver, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • For platform orders, the platform's dispute resolution policy applies.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide necessary content, brand assets, and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Domain registration and hosting setup are the client's responsibility. We provide guidance at no extra cost.
  • Ensure that all content provided to us does not infringe on third-party rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, including but not limited to: search engine rankings, website traffic, conversion rates, or revenue. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. If the client terminates after work has begun, no refund will be issued for work already completed. Completed deliverables up to the point of termination will be provided to the client.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
